Telephone Counselling

 

What is Telephone Counselling ?

Telephone counselling is a confidential service which takes place in a client’s home. It can be useful for a single call to clarify a particular issue, or to find out where to seek further ongoing help. It can be a series of calls and spaced to suit client’s individual needs. It is a secure and confidential service where I will assess if your needs are suitable for this type of counselling. Clients need to be 18 years of age.
 
How Does Telephone Counselling Work ?

At an agreed time I will ring you on a landline number you provide for this purpose. Each telephone call lasts for 45 minutes or 30 minutes dependant on length you have decided to purchase. I ask that you take this call in private where you will not be interupted. At the end of the call you can decide whether you wish to have any further sessions.

 

What do I need to do now?

 

Complete the booking form with an outline of the issue you would like to discuss. Please comfirm days and times you are available to receive your telephone counselling with a landline telephone number. I will contact you via email to tell you of the appointment time arranged for you.  I will then ask you to process an online secure payment.
