First of all, we are based in Essex. I as the practice manager, am an accredited member of the B.A.C.P. (British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy). All counsellors within the practice are fully qualified and are members of the BACP. If you feel that we can be of help, or would like more information, then please do not hesitate to contact us.

We all experience difficulties and challenges in our lives. Often, we can address them on our own or with the help of friends. However, there are times when counselling can be helpful. Professional counselling offers assistance to people who are troubled, whether in their personal lives or at work, or who may be looking for a way to develop their potential to the full.
Choosing the right counsellor need not be difficult. Within my practice you will find fully qualified professional practitioners who can provide an opportunity for you to explore your thoughts and feelings in a relaxed atmosphere.
During your first session the counsellor will discuss what it is that you need help with. You will be given an honest appraisal of how the counsellor can help you and hopefully you will decide to continue the sessions. As counsellors, we will never tell you what to do, but will help you to find your own way through. In the unlikely event that you feel uncomfortable with an individual counsellor, you are under no pressure to continue.
